Show Notes Chapter Markers

In this episode the host discuss the life of R&B star Aaliyah as her music has become available on streaming platforms.  Aaliyah Dana Haughton, known widely as Aaliyah, was an American singer, actress, dancer, and model. She has been credited for helping to redefine contemporary R&B, pop and hip hop, earning her the nicknames the "Princess of R&B" and "Queen of Urban Pop". Aaliyah died August 25, 2001, in a plane crash leaving the Bahamas where she was filming the music video for Rock The Boat, a single on her upcoming self titled album.

The hosts answer questions such as is Aaliyah's music still relevant today, how big could Aaliyah have been, what their favorite Aaliyah song is, and more.
